To commemorate Gandhi's 65^th Death Anniversary, 250 books on & by Gandhi, Vinoba & Sarvodaya in English, Marathi, Hindi, Gujarati will be displayed & sale at 50% discount by Mumbai Sarvodaya Mandal & Gandhi Book Centre with the financial assistance of ‘Babulnath Mandir Charities’ at specially erected Mandap at Hutatma Chowk from 28^th January to 2^nd February, 2013 between 10.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. and at Gandhi Book Centre, 299, Nana Chowk from 11.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. everyday

Commemoration of 64th Gandhi Death Anniversary in Houston

Mahatma Gandhi demonstrated to the world that Non-Violent methods and Satyagraha (Holding to the Truth) can be used to bring about profound social change and lasting peace. Known as the Father of Modern India and an Apostle of Peace, Houstonians will commemorate and honor this great man at the Shraddhanjali (Memorial Service) to Mahatma Gandhi on Saturday, January 28, 2012 at 3:30 p0m at Unity of Houston-Pyramid Hall, located at 2929 Unity Drive, Houston, TX 77057.  Honorable Consul General of India, Shri Sanjiv Arora will preside as the Chief Guest. Please join us at Unity of Houston for this most auspicious event and pay homage to Mahatma Gandhi, the man who personifies the universal values of peace, non-violence, truth and love.
